Liverpool fans are convinced there’s nothing Conor Bradley can’t do after the youngster netted a screamer for Northern Ireland.
The 20-year-old made his Premier League debut in January, and by the end of the month he’d scored his first goal and laid a serious claim to Trent Alexander-Arnold’s right back spot. Such is his talent that he’s been a Northern Ireland international for three years now, but opened his account for his country on Tuesday with a stunning, albeit deflected, strike against Scotland.
After latching on to a loose ball in the corner of Scotland’s box, Bradley opened his body up and blasted it into the far corner. The shot took a significant nick off Jack Hendry’s leg which looped it up over Angus Dunn’s outstretched arm, but it was nonetheless a strike worthy of winning any game.
Taking to social media, Liverpool fans moaned that if Manchester United youngster Kobbie Mainoo had scored a goal like that it would have been plastered all over everyone’s timelines.
