Power announced his decision during a nationally televised segment, expressing his enthusiasm for joining head coach John Calipari’s program. “From the moment I stepped on campus, it felt like home,” Power stated. “Coach Calipari has a vision for me not just as a player but as a leader. I want to win at the highest level, and there’s no better place than Kentucky to chase championships.”

Throughout his high school career, Power has been lauded for his explosive athleticism, versatile skill set, and high basketball IQ.
