On the offensive side, Vrabel is considering two top candidates for the coordinator position: Tommy Rees, the Cleveland Browns’ pass game specialist and tight ends coach, and former Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels. Rees, who has been with the Browns since 2020, has a strong track record of developing quarterbacks and tight ends. McDaniels, who served as the Patriots’ offensive coordinator from 2012 to 2017, has a deep understanding of the team’s system and would be a natural fit.

Vrabel’s experience working with various coaches during his tenure as the Tennessee Titans’ head coach will likely influence his decision-making process. He may consider other candidates beyond Bowen and Rees, as he looks to build a coaching staff that shares his vision and can help turn the team around.
