Steven Gerrard was flooded with support as he shared a special family update. The former Liverpool FC captain regularly shares updates from his happy family life on Instagram.
The Reds icon has been married to Alex Gerrard since 2007 and they are the proud parents of Lilly, Lexie, Lourdes, and Lio. Gerrard shared some photos of his youngest daughter in a post shared with his 11.6m followers.
He said: “Happy birthday Lourdes have a lovely day. We love you so much. Welcome to your teenage years”. Gerrard also took to his Instagram Story to share a snap from his final game in a red shirt when he was joined by his daughters on the pitch. He said, alongside a tearful an: “And just like that she is 13. Happy birthday Lourdes.”
