The Jimmy Butler saga is finally over for the Miami Heat.
The three-time NBA champions reportedly agreed to trade the six-time All-Star to the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday in exchange for Andrew Wiggins and more, per ESPN’s Shams Charania.
Here are the full details of what turned out to be a four-team deal (per Charania):
- Warriors receive: Jimmy Butler
- Heat receive: Andrew Wiggins, Kyle Anderson, P.J. Tucker, 2025 1st Round pick (GSW)
- Jazz receive: Dennis Schröder
- Pistons receive: Lindy Waters III, Josh Richardson
The Toronto Raptors were initially set to receive Kyle Anderson, but he will remain in Miami:
The first-round pick going to the Heat is top-10 protected in 2025 and becomes unprotected in 2026, per Chris Haynes.
Butler, meanwhile, didn’t just get a trade. He also reportedly landed a new contract as part of the deal.
