The University of Kentucky women’s basketball team played Kansas State University in Memorial Coliseum in Lexington on Sunday afternoon. The Spokane Regional 4 No. 4-seed Kentucky Wildcats were defeated by the No. 5-seed Kansas State Wildcats 80-79 in the 2025 NCAA Tournament round-of-32 matchup. Next up for Kansas State is an NCAA Tournament round-of-16 matchup with Southern California or Mississippi State in Spokane, Washington.
