Affectionately known as “TT3” by fans and teammates alike, Thornton brings with him the grit, leadership, and basketball IQ that defined his playing days at Duke. The Washington, D.C. native played for the Blue Devils from 2010 to 2014, appearing in 141 games and earning a reputation as a defensive stalwart and clutch performer. His passion, hustle, and locker room leadership helped shape the identity of Duke teams during his tenure under legendary coach Mike Krzyzewski.
