Liverpool have thanked Mo Salah for his performance against Crystal Palace yesterday, with Freddie Ljungberg praising the striker.
Salah equalized to score his 150th Premier League goal and lead Reds to a memorable come-from-behind victory.
The Egyptian’s brilliance was again crucial for Liverpool, with Harvey Elliott securing the winner and Salah once again playing his part in goal.
Of course, Salah will receive plenty of plaudits for his achievements. But former Arsenal midfielder Freddie Ljungberg has heaped praise on the Liverpool man and admits it’s impossible to describe.- I do not know what to say.
He is a great footballer and I love to see him run with the ball. Defenders cannot be marked. He’s had a fantastic career.” Ljungberg said.
Mo Salah is getting better and better.Last season, some thought Salah had slowed down and perhaps lost his momentum. However, this season Salah has returned to his best form and has been outstanding for Liverpool.
Goals and assists are once again in abundance and Liverpool are lucky to have such a player at their fingertips.
If they lose Salah to the Saudi Professional League in the summer, they will face a serious challenge in replacing.
Fortunately, Salah stayed and Reds are now reaping the rewards.
