Expected lineup:David Raya has been the undisputed starter for the Gunners since the September international break. He is expected to start between the sticks ahead of Aaron Ramsdale. The back line should remain intact after the 2-0 win over Brighton & Hove Albion, with Ben White, William Saliba, Gabriel Magalhais and Alexander Zinchenko all expected to keep their places. Zinchenko has been poor defensively at times and should be avoided when Mohamed Salah is at the other team. The midfielders should have the same combination as last weekend. Declan Rice should continue as defensive midfielder with Jorginho a doubt with a foot problem. Kai Havertz and Martin Odegaard should join him in the center of the park.
No other changes are planned. Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli should continue on the flanks with Gabriel Jesus up front. Martinelli and Jesus last played out a 2-2 draw at Anfield. Arsenal predicted line-up (4-3-3): Strip; White, Saliba, Gabriel, Zinchenko; Rice, Odegaard, Havertz; Val, Jesus, Martinelli.
Arsenal will be looking for back-to-back Premier League wins when they take on Liverpool this evening. Manchester United (4-2-3-1), expected West Ham lineup, Fernandez returning Chelsea suffered a major injury ahead of the Wolves game. The Gunners are currently in first place with 39 points. A draw or a win at Anfield would help them secure their place before Christmas.
