Chelsea is prepared for the Premier League in the 23 year old program, following the rules of profit and stability. The 10 points reduction of Everton was $ 15.5 million for three years. Manchester City are currently under investigation over 115 allegations against the champions, but Chelsea are feeling the heat after spending more than £1billion since Todd Boly took over the club in May 2022. Despite loop holes in their contracts that allowed them to circumvent FFP rules, their spending was outrageous.
Despite finding a way around UEFA rules, Chelsea risk breaking Premier League rules if they don’t make enough money from player sales. One of the players they are considering selling is Conor Gallagher. The midfielder is a target for Liverpool and according to Athletic, Chelsea are willing to listen to offers in excess of £40million. Jurgen Klopp needs a defensive midfielder more than other hard-working stars, but Gallagher’s skills still make him an asset to Liverpool’s tactics.
