Even though Arsenal have a better goal difference (46 compared to Liverpool’s 40), Szoboszlai believes that the Reds are no longer worried about this as the season nears its end, reports the Mirror. Speaking to Hungarian news outlet Sportal, Szoboszlai said: “There are nine games left, we are in first place, which means our fate is in our own hands.

“If we don’t make a single mistake from now on, we’ll [win the league]. We are progressing from match to match, for now, it is not worth looking any further than Thursday’s league game against Sheffield.

“Every game in the remaining nine rounds must be run as if it were the last and after Arsenal’s point loss on Sunday, we no longer need to aim for sixteen goals in one of the nine games.”

Klopp nicknamed him the “chaos creator”, explaining: “Wataru [Endo] and Macca [were] in the right spaces and Dom was the surprising act there, the chaser, the chaos creator.”
