As two teams prepare for Super Bowl 59 this week, the Detroit Lions and their fan base probably continue to ponder over what could have been this past season.
After a magical run that saw the Lions earn the top seed in the NFC, Detroit fell short of the ultimate goal, unfortunately.
During Super Bowl week, the NFC Divisional Round loss likely still stings for Lions players. But, that didn’t stop them from showing out down in New Orleans. Running back David Montgomery was one of them to enjoy the festivities of the week and offer some of his time to the media.
Montgomery sat down with FanSided’s own Ian McMillan Stacking the Box and Malcolm Harris-Gowdie to discuss a couple of different topics, including of course, Super Bowl 59 as well as his current partnership with Scouting.
