Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has rattled Pep Guardiola as ‘not fair’ outburst now shows Pep Guardiola’s dig at Liverpool and Arsenal speaks volumes

Klopp’s comments about Manchester City appear to have angered Pep Guardiola. The Reds manager said Liverpool will not be able to compete financially with state clubs such as City because they do not have a “ceiling”.
