Liverpool’s next six Premier League fixtures compared to Man City and Arsenal after Brighton win

Liverpool currently sit top of the Premier League table

Liverpool’s path to winning the Premier League title became much clearer following the results in the Premier League on Easter Sunday.

The Reds claimed a 2-1 win over Brighton at Anfield early on Sunday afternoon to return to winning ways in their first match following the international break. Goals from Luis Diaz and Mohamed Salah secured the three points on Merseyside as Liverpool maintained their position in the title race.

 

After defeating the Seagulls, Liverpool’s attention quickly moved to events at the Etihad Stadium as Manchester City faced Arsenal. The match between the Reds’ two title rivals ended in a goalless draw.

As a result of the stalemate, Liverpool are now at the top of the Premier League table, two points ahead of second-placed Arsenal and three ahead of City in third. Jurgen Klopp and Co. will now prepare for a busy run-in, which starts with a clash against Sheffield United at Anfield on Thursday night. And below is a look at the fixtures coming up for all three sides battling it out for the title.
