This will certainly be music to the ears of Liverpool fans, but nothing is confirmed until it is in writing directly from the player or the club.
But Salah’s confidant Rami Abbas Issa may have added another layer of intrigue to the case. Abbas, Salah’s lawyer and adviser, who doesn’t actually use the title “agent”, posted an interesting response to the Salah rumors on Twitter. Santi Auna of Foot Mercato wrote in March 2023 that the winger is “ready to leave Liverpool this summer” (meaning the summer just ended) and “loves Spain” as his next destination. Now, nearly 10 months after the original tweet, Abbas has decided to respond.
