LUBBOCK, Texas— On Saturday afternoon, Texas Tech fans will experience their first glimpse of the 2025 Red Raider football program during the annual Spring Game inside the Jones AT&T Stadium.
Kickoff is at 2 p.m., and admission is free for all fans. Gate 1 in the southwest corner of Jones AT&T Stadium will open at 1 p.m. before the start of team warmups.
Fans will experience Joey McGuire putting the Red Raiders through competitive situations throughout a 90-minute scrimmage. The scrimmage will also include 7-on-7 passing periods and a 9-on-7 drill to improve on both sides of the ball.
Fans will also get an extended look at Texas Tech’s new-look offensive and defensive lines during one-on-one drills on one side of the field, while the secondary and wide receivers go head-to-head.
Team awards will also be presented at halftime, and multiple members of its 2024 roster who played in the AutoZone Liberty Bowl will be honored.
Fans are encouraged to utilize the Commuter North C-1 parking lot immediately west of the Jones AT&T Stadium on Saturday and parking will be complimentary.
There will not be any television or streaming coverage of the Texas Tech spring game.
