UNC basketball player Zayden High allegedly recorded himself having sexual relations with another student without their consent, according to a bombshell new report.
According to The News & Observer, High was suspended by the school last semester after its Equal Opportunity and Compliance Office found High responsible for violating the sexual misconduct policy last August.
He was allowed to re-enroll at UNC in January, but prohibited from playing, practicing or traveling with the team, nor allowed to represent the school in any official fashion, including athletics, during a probationary period. The 21-year-old, however, was allowed to use the team facilities on his own.
Multiple reports during that timeframe, however, claim that he “maintained access to the Smith Center, and had a presence around the building” during his suspension, though there is no specific instance cited.
