Over the course of his career, Haith has amassed 343 career wins, multiple NCAA Tournament appearances, and a reputation as a strong recruiter and program stabilizer.

Haith is known for his tactical knowledge, ability to develop players, and recruiting connections across the country — particularly in the Southeast. His experience will be an invaluable asset to McMillan, who is making the leap from the high school and mid-major ranks into the SEC spotlight.
