Currently, Liverpool is officially the 5th best club in Europe.Reds are having a good time. From the last 16 of the Europa League to the top of the Premier League, they have once again become a force to be reckoned with.
This is something that UEFA has recognized in today’s updated club rankings. Despite not playing in the Champions League this season, Liverpool are better than most teams. Arsenal have struggled recently, but the Gunners are in 21st place.
In fact, only one of the Reds’ domestic rivals is above them and there are no prizes for guessing who it is. Yes, the European champions “Manchester City” are on top again. Among them, “Bayern” Munich took the second place, and “Real” and “Paris Saint-Germain” took the top five.
Liverpool fans need no reminding, but for the rest of Europe, there is some well-deserved encouragement for Jurgen Klopp’s achievements. Until this season, Klopp has managed Manchester United in the last six Champions League seasons.
Three of them reached the final and one won the overall competition. It’s no surprise that Liverpool are at the top of the table despite not playing in the competition this year.
