Leeds United have officially completed the signing of German goalkeeper Michael Zetterer from Eintracht Frankfurt in a deal reportedly worth around €5 million. The 31-year-old has agreed to a contract running until 2029, becoming the latest addition to Daniel Farke’s squad as the Premier League club continues to strengthen its options between the posts.
Frankfurt confirmed Zetterer’s departure officially, bringing an end to his brief spell with the Bundesliga side. Although his time in Hessen lasted only one season, the experienced goalkeeper made a significant contribution during the 2025/26 campaign, featuring across several major competitions and gaining valuable experience at the highest level.
