The inclusion of a dedicated futsal camp also provides an exciting opportunity for players to experience a different format of the game. Futsal can help young footballers improve their close control, passing, movement and decision-making because of its fast-paced nature and smaller playing area.

Across all of the camps, the emphasis will be on enjoyment, development and participation. The Foundation’s coaches will work with youngsters at different levels, helping players improve while making sure the sessions remain enjoyable and accessible.

For parents and guardians, the camps also provide a positive way for children to spend part of their school holiday. Rather than simply focusing on competition, the programme combines football development with social interaction, teamwork and confidence-building.
