Bloomington, IN – In a thrilling matchup that had it all, the Indiana Hoosiers women’s basketball team pulled off a stunning upset over the Oregon Ducks, advancing to the quarterfinals of the Big Ten Tournament.

The energy in Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall was electric as the Hoosiers and Ducks clashed in a back-and-forth affair. Indiana came out strong, building a 10-point lead in the first quarter. But Oregon refused to back down, fighting back to tie the game by halftime.
The second half was a nail-biter, with both teams trading baskets and playing tenacious defense. In the end, it was the Hoosiers who emerged victorious, 62-58.

Indiana’s victory was fueled by standout performances from several players. Senior guard Chloe Moore-McNeil led the way with 22 points, including 5 three-pointers. Junior forward Mackenzie Holmes added 18 points and 10 rebounds, while sophomore guard Sara Scalia chipped in 12 points and 5 assists.
