AUBURN, Ala. – The energy was electric on the Plains as Auburn University hosted its annual A-Day festivities, an all-out celebration of Tiger pride, past and present. With thousands of fans pouring into Jordan-Hare Stadium, the day proved to be more than just a spring practice—it was a statement of unity, tradition, and excitement for the future of Auburn football.

The festivities kicked off bright and early at the Athletics Complex Rane Room with the Tiger Trail Induction Ceremony, a time-honored tradition honoring former Auburn legends who left an indelible mark on the program. Alumni, fans, and family gathered to celebrate the newest inductees as they were enshrined in Auburn history.

 

Among those honored were former players, coaches, and contributors whose dedication to the university helped shape the legacy of Auburn athletics. The ceremony served as a powerful reminder of the rich tradition that continues to inspire current players and fans alike.

Eyes on the Future: A-Day Spring Practice (12:00 PM)

By noon, the atmosphere at Jordan-Hare was supercharged as fans filled the stands for the A-Day Spring Practice, Auburn’s biggest on-field showcase before the fall season. The 2025 Tigers took to the field with a blend of confidence and hunger, determined to give fans a glimpse of what’s to come under Coach Hugh Freeze’s leadership.

Quarterbacks competed with precision, wide receivers dazzled with big catches, and the defensive unit showed grit and agility throughout the scrimmage. All eyes were on rising stars and new recruits as they battled for key spots in the depth chart.

 

Coach Freeze, entering his second full season, emphasized growth and cohesion. “Today was about energy and execution,” he said post-practice. “The guys showed heart, and our fans brought the fire. We’ve got something special building here.”

Connecting with the Community: Fan Day at Jordan-Hare (1:30 PM)

Following practice, the field transformed into a sea of smiles and selfies during Fan Day, where families and fans got a chance to meet their favorite Tigers up close. Players signed autographs, posed for pictures, and soaked in the love from the Auburn faithful.
