Despite the trade deadline having passed, teams still have an opportunity to add players to their rosters. The buyout market is an option for contending teams looking to add depth before the playoffs:
There are a number of players that are eligible for a buyout. Ben Simmons is one of the most notable names, but there are other players out there that could find a new home in the near future. One name to keep an eye on is someone that is currently not in the NBA, but with an interesting clause in his contract, his return could happen sooner rather than later.
