Jurgen Klopp has confirmed that Ryan Gravenberg is fit for Liverpool and Arsenal. Liverpool signed Ryan Gravenberg from Bayern Munich in the summer for around £34m (BBC).The Dutchman has been in terrible form in the Bundesliga. He wanted to leave the German champions as he had barely played for Bayern. Liverpool had been looking to sign Gravenbirch all summer but the Reds were able to seal a deal. The 21-year-old has done exceptionally well under Jurgen Klopp. The Germans have repeatedly raved about him. He even described his first touch as “crazy” a few months ago (Liverpool’s official website). Gravenbirch last last was replaced with West Ham’s Manchester United and West.
However, Diogo Jota and Alexis McAllister were left out.Klopp said in an interview with the Liverpool Echo yesterday: “He (Gravenbirch) is back. Macca and Diogo are getting closer, but they are not ready for tomorrow (today). Gravenberch probably won’t start today Arsenal’s attack was not as easy as last season. They have scored five fewer goals than in the same time last season. However, they are still a very dangerous team and the fact that they are currently top of the Premier League proves it. Liverpool need a natural defensive midfielder to start and Wataru Endo is expected to be left out. In front of him is Dominic Szoboslai, who scored against West Ham this week.
The best player of the Carabao Cup was Curtis Jones. He has been at his best in a Liverpool shirt this week and deserves to keep his place. So even if Gravenburch is fit, we think he will start on the bench against Arsenal today.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has confirmed that Ryan Gravenberg has returned to training and is now fit to join the squad. Liverpool faced Premier League leaders Arsenal today in their toughest game of the season. They will have to do everything in their power to win, and getting Gravenbirch back would be a huge boost.
