Jamie Carragher FUMES at Martin Odegaard’s celebrations as Arsenal captain borrows camera… before Liverpool legend jokes with Piers Morgan

Martin Odegaard’s photo shoot after Arsenal beat Liverpool 3-1 at the Emirates Stadium has outraged Jamie Carragher and sparked outrage on social media too. Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Martinelli and Leandro Trossard got on the scoresheet for the Gunners as they closed the gap on Liverpool and Manchester City at the top of the Premier League.

Arsenal captain Odegaard had a bit of fun with the club’s photographer after the game and was photographed celebrating after the final whistle, but Sky Sports pundit Carragher was unimpressed. As you can see in the video, former Arsenal player Gael Clichy said: “I remember taking pictures but I don’t take pictures.

“Good evening,” he said.Carragher got angry and said: “Go down the tunnel. You win the game and get 3 points. You were great. Enter the tunnel in the race for the title. “I want to be honest.” The former Liverpool manager posted a video of the incident on his X page (formerly Twitter) on Sunday evening.

Piers Morgan also shared the video with a laughing emoji and wrote: “Shut up @Carra23 – we’ve got you covered and we’re enjoying every moment.” Carragher: “We’re almost out of the studio!” He jokingly replied. “Your pain only adds to the joy,” Morgan added, sending a laughing and crying emoji.

The former Liverpool defender posted the tagline “#NewProfilePic” and replaced it with a photo of Odegaard holding a camera after the 3-1 win. At the Emirates, Saka put the hosts ahead after 15 minutes, but Liverpool were fortunate to equalize before the break thanks to Gabriel’s own goal.

A miscommunication in Liverpool’s defense allowed Gabriel Martinelli to put Arsenal ahead in the 67th minute and Trossard sealed victory with a smart finish in added time. Arsenal return to action on Sunday against West Ham, while Liverpool play Burnley in the afternoon.
