Jürgen Klopp should test ‘unthinkable’ transfer as forbidden gem passes Liverpool audition

Liverpool managed to secure a relatively straightforward win over Everton on Saturday afternoon, picking up yet another three points and climbing towards the summit of the Premier League table. The Merseyside derby can be a feisty and competitive affair at times, but the Reds managed to keep a lid on proceedings before scoring two goals in the final 20 minutes to win the contest.

Everton tried to hang on and escape with a draw, but didn’t have the quality or the composure to reach the final whistle, with defender Michael Keane giving away a penalty after handling the ball in the 74th minute. One opposition player who did manage to shine, however, was Jarrad Branthwaite.
