Liverpool captain Virgil van Dijk denies Keane ‘arrogance’ claim

Liverpool’s Virgil van Dijk hit out at Manchester United legend Roy Keane this week. Van Dijk claimed his side were the only player to try to win the match after the two sides drew 0-0. But Keane told Sky Sports that Van Dijk was arrogant as United have only won one league title in recent history.

Asked about Keane’s comments, Van Dijk said: “I like Roy Keane. If he says that, it’s good.” “He’s at Manchester United and I understand he might act that way, but I felt what I said and there was no arrogance there.””Anyone who watched the game would have felt the same. we go “It’s disappointing that we had a chance but didn’t score,” he said.
