Liverpool have blocked the transfer of their star player ahead of the January transfer window.

 

Saudi Arabia’s top target for 2024 is Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah, but the Egyptian superstar will not be leaving Anfield in January after the Merseyside club blocked a move.

That’s according to Football Insider, who believe the Reds will not sell their star player before the end of the season, even if big offers come in during the winter transfer window.

The Saudis had targeted the 31-year-old this summer, but the move failed to materialize due to Liverpool’s reluctance to entertain him. Salah is a world icon, so clubs in Saudi Arabia are ready to pay a lot of money for the winger.
