The hybrid right-back had enjoyed a long-term association with Under Armour having linked up with them in 2017. However that has now ended and he’s signed up with one of football’s global brands as he becomes one of the faces of the next generation.
His new deal will see him join England colleague Jude Bellingham and Barcelona ’s Pedri as the major names leading the brand. The 25-year-old held positive discussions with the German outfit and they see his capture as a major coup given his huge profile and reach, reports the Athletic. Alexander-Arnold donned a pair of white predators, arguably the company’s most iconic design, during Saturday’s draw at Manchester City in which he scored the equaliser. The player himself has announced his union with Adidas on social media alongside the caption: “I’m back”.

Alexander-Arnold’s move forward now sees England boss Gareth Southgate regard him as a midfielder when he names his squad. He played in the middle of the park during the recent round of internationals and is set to feature at this summer’s Euros.
