Liverpool wonderkid – Keyrol Figueroa nets as USA qualify for U17 World Cup last 16

Keyrol Figueroa helped the United States to its second U17 World Cup victory with a 2-1 victory over Burkina Faso on Wednesday.

The Liverpool forward played 65 minutes and scored just before half-time in the Group E match in Indonesia.

Nimbamando Berchimas scored Team USA’s second goal in overtime in the first leg at the Jakarta International Stadium, while Jack Diarra scored Burkina Faso’s winner in the 89th minute.The United States will face France in their third group game next Saturday and have already secured a place in the round of 16.
