Diaz’s mother has been found, and an extensive search is underway to rescue his father, but the former Porto man was advised not to travel to Colombia out of fear for his own safety. Nevertheless, Jurgen Klopp has made eight changes from the victory over Forest, with only Kostas Tsimikas, Mohamed Salah and Dominik Szoboszlai holding their spots in the starting XI.
Szoboszlai will seemingly join Salah and the recalled Cody Gakpo in the visitors’ front three, while Curtis Jones slots straight into the midfield after returning from his three-game domestic suspension.
