Joshua Kimmich has been at the center of transfer speculation recently as Liverpool and Chelsea have been linked.
The Bayern star has been one of Europe’s best players for nearly a decade, but after a few years at Bayern, he may be looking for a new challenge.
Ben Jacobs spoke on the Done Deal Show about Kimmich’s future, saying he hasn’t heard much about Chelsea recently and has always heard Liverpool and Manchester United are the more interested teams.
Kimmich is more likely to go to Liverpool than ChelseaKimmich shared what he knows about the “phenomenal” athlete. “Yes, I have seen some references, but I don’t know Kimmich and Chelsea.
From Chelsea’s point of view, the profile of the player is not what they are looking for at the moment.
He is 28 years old. I know he is versatile. , but the club looks at Kimmich “I’ve always heard it could be Liverpool but nothing has progressed, or Manchester United but I’m with Kimmich and Chelsea and I haven’t heard any progress,” Jacobs said.
One to watchThis is definitely worth noting.Kimmich could be a big plus for the Reds. Not only is he a fantastic midfielder but, as Jacobs said, his versatility means he can also be used as a right-back.
Liverpool don’t currently have much depth at right-back or in midfield, but signing Kimmich could solve both problems at the same time. Jurgen Klopp and Jörg Schmadtke know everything about the German market and Kimmich has long been one of the best players in the Bundesliga.
Don’t be surprised if we hear more about Kimmich and a move to the Premier League in the coming months.
