The North Carolina Tar Heels are hoping to land a big 2027 recruiting class under new head coach Michael Malone.
While the Tar Heels have yet to land a recruit in the 2027 class, they are putting together their recruiting board with some offers. Among the players that UNC has offered so far is small forward Jordan Page. The Raleigh native officially announced he was heading to IMG Academy to further his basketball career. But that wasn’t the only news for the talented recruit.
With 247Sports updating its rankings for the 2027 class, Page made a significant jump. Page moved up inside the top 10 and is now ranked No. 9 overall in the updated rankings released this week. He jumped up from No. 13 to No. 9, cementing his spot inside the Top 10.
The 6-foot-5, 180-pound small forward has 18 offers, including from UNC, NC State, Florida State, Kentucky and Kansas, among others. He’s ranked as the No. 2 small forward and the No. 6 player in the state of Florida per the 247Sports recruiting rankings.
