He follows in the footsteps of Trent Alexander-Arnold, who signed a multi-year, multi-million pound deal with Adidas. The Reds vice-captain completed his long-term partnership with Under Armour, wearing previously unreleased Adidas Predators in last weekend’s 1-1 draw with Manchester City.

The club started quickly and Alexander-Arnold finished beautifully to equalize for Liverpool. Mo Salah is also sponsored by Adidas and Baysetic has now joined Liverpool.

“Bajcetic, who signed from Celta Vigo in December 2020, enjoyed an outstanding season at Anfield last season. After playing a total of 19 games and signing a long-term contract, he underwent adductor surgery last March.

The 19-year-old has missed two games this season with a calf problem and Liverpool are cautious about his return to avoid any long-term problems. Anfield manager Jurgen Klopp had this to say about Baysetic’s recovery earlier this month: “Let me put it this way.

He’s here, he’s training, he’s doing his job. We know how good it is. Now we just need to help him get a body he can show off three times a week instead of once. We will get there. This is great news for the club.
